Philippine election is fast approaching, it became a practice of the politicians to engage in premature campaigns by put their names and pictures on posters, tarpaulins and public works projects. This has to end, however, and this will be achieved via the new bill Anti-Epal Bill, passed by Senator Miriam Defensor-Santiago.
